When they’re not out in the field protecting clients’ homes, Chad and Gina enjoy time with their family, exploring the lake, and staying active in the local community they proudly call home.

After spending 15 years vacationing at the Lake of the Ozarks, Chad and Gina Carlson made the life-changing decision to leave their hometown of Dubuque, Iowa, and make the lake their permanent home. Drawn to the community, lifestyle, and natural beauty of the area, they relocated their family to Osage Beach to build both a life and a business rooted in trust and service.

Together, Chad and Gina bring over 25 years of hands-on real estate and property experience, having personally owned, renovated, and sold multiple homes over the years. Chad spent a decade working in public utilities — a role that sharpened his attention to detail and understanding of home systems. In 2020, he earned his real estate license and quickly found a passion for helping others find the perfect lake home for their next chapter.

Gina, a seasoned accountant with a sharp eye for details and a problem-solving mindset, plays a vital role in the operations of Home Watch Defense. Her background in finance and business management complements Chad’s field expertise, creating a well-rounded, reliable team dedicated to client care.
